Houston, how do you make babies?
Objective: Reproduction and birth
Families prepare to set off on a space voyage to populate a new planet. Each family is made up of curious children accompanied by their parents. But before the big departure, a universal question arises: how do you make babies?
Houston, How Do We Make Babies? is a cooperative game for children aged 4½ to 10, in which players take on the role of young astronauts preparing for their mission. Together, they explore the basics of reproduction, pregnancy and birth with humor and curiosity, sharing their knowledge while having fun. Ready for take-off? Accompany these apprentice astronauts and help them find answers to their questions before the rocket takes off for the new planet!
The game includes a game board, 108 question cards and an illustrated album that explains the stages of reproduction to children in a simple, fun way.
The game provides a relaxed, friendly setting for addressing these themes, encouraging open, natural dialogue. It also provides an opportunity to raise children's awareness of the diversity of family realities and the different ways in which families can be made up. Finally, it stimulates the development of a healthy and enlightened curiosity about the human body, family diversity and the workings of life.
