Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders over $75, after rebates and before applicable taxes.

Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 on all orders under $75 before taxes, delivered in Quebec or Ontario, except for gift cards for which shipping is free.

We also ship to the rest of the Canadian provinces, at a flat rate of $15, or free on purchases over $150.

Shipping costs will be added to the price of your purchases before the final confirmation of your order.

You are always welcome to visit us in store to pick up your package, free of charge. 

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for heavy or oversized items. The total cost of shipping your order including these items will be indicated at checkout.

Delivery times

Once the order has been completed and paid for on our online store, the package will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 4 business days - except during busy periods (Christmas, Boxing Day, Crazy Friday). Orders are shipped from Ville Saint-Laurent, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

During regular periods (excluding high volume periods), the delivery delivery time is 1 to 3 days in urban areas and up to 5 days in rural areas.

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our premises. A tracking number will then be given to you so that you can follow the progress of your package.

Terms of delivery

  • The orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of placing the order. Thus, the customer is responsible for checking that he/she has provided the correct delivery address, and that it is complete (apartment number, for example).
  • Please note that LeoLudo is not responsible for any charges incurred in the event that the shipping address provided is incorrect. In such a case, the return shipping costs charged as well as the re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. In the case where the customer wishes to cancel his order following an error in his delivery address, LeoLudo will refund to the customer an amount corresponding to the total of his order less the expenses of return incurred.
  • If you notice an error in your address at the time of ordering and your package has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@leoludo.ca or by phone at 438 499-5836.
  • No refunds will be made for packages delivered to the wrong location due to a wrong address provided by the customer.

Pick up in store - Free and fast

It is possible to pick up your order in a store for free and avoid shipping costs. You can specify, when finalizing your order, the store of your choice, the date and time you want. A confirmation email will be sent to you to let you know when your order is ready. 

Availability of items

We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an item you ordered may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.

Item(s) on backorder

Although we try to display exact quantities on our website, it may occasionally happen that some items are not available. If this is the case, we will contact you. The item will be removed from your order and you will be billed and charged only for the products that will be delivered to you. You will be able to specify a replacement product. No automatic replacement will be made on your order.

Order cancellation

LeoLudo reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website. In such a case, an email confirming the refund of your order will be sent to you.

Promotions

Promotions do not apply to gift cards or previously purchased products. They are applicable on products in stock and at regular price.

Promotions do not apply to gift sets where the price already represents a discount off the total selling price of the items included.

Brands excluded from promotions

The brands excluded from our promotions are those for which the manufacturers do not authorize the sale of their products at a discount. These brands excluded from current promotions and discounts are the following:

  • Maileg 
  • Olli Ella
  • Petit Coulou 
  • Placote

This exclusion list is subject to change and update on an ongoing basis.
