Shipping costs

We offer free delivery on orders over $75, after rebates and before applicable taxes.

Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 on all orders under $75 before taxes, delivered in Quebec or Ontario, except for gift cards for which shipping is free.

We also ship to the rest of the Canadian provinces, at a flat rate of $15, or free on purchases over $150.

Shipping costs will be added to the price of your purchases before the final confirmation of your order.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for heavy or oversized items. The total cost of shipping your order including these items will be indicated at checkout.

Delivery times

Once the order has been completed and paid for on our online boutique, the package will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 4 business days - with the exception of high-traffic periods (Christmas, Boxing Day, Crazy Friday). Orders are shipped from Ville Saint-Laurent, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

During regular periods (excluding high-volume periods), delivery time is 1 to 3 days in urban areas and up to 5 days in rural areas.

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our premises. A tracking number will then be given to you so that you can follow the progress of your package.

Terms of delivery

  • Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been provided, and that the address is complete (e.g. apartment number).
  • Please note that LeoLudo is not responsible for any costs incurred if the delivery address provided is incorrect. In such a case, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs charged, as well as any re-shipping costs. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order following an error in the delivery address, LeoLudo will reimburse the customer an amount corresponding to the total amount of the order minus the return shipping costs incurred.
  • If you notice an error in your address at the time of ordering and your package has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@leoludo.ca or call us at 438 499-5836.
  • No refunds will be made for packages delivered to the wrong location due to a wrong address provided by the customer.

Warehouse pickup - Free and fast

It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse and avoid delivery charges. Choose the In-store pickup option as your delivery method when completing your order. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is ready.

Availability of items

We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an item you ordered may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.

Item(s) on backorder

Although we try to display exact quantities on our website, it may occasionally happen that certain items are not available. In such cases, we will contact you. The item will be removed from your order and you will only be invoiced and charged for the products delivered. You may specify a replacement product. No automatic replacement will be made on your order.

Order cancellation

LeoLudo reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website. In such a case, an email confirming the refund of your order will be sent to you.

Promotions

Promotions do not apply to gift cards or previously purchased products. They are applicable on products in stock and at regular price.

Promotions do not apply to gift sets where the price already represents a discount off the total selling price of the items included.

Brands excluded from promotions

The brands excluded from our promotions are those for which the manufacturers do not authorize the sale of their products at a discount. These brands are excluded from current promotions and discounts:

  • Maileg
  • Olli Ella
  • Petit Coulou
  • Placote

This exclusion list is subject to change and update on an ongoing basis.
