Returns and exchanges
At the LeoLudo Boutique, we want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. That's why we believe in an easy and flexible return policy.
An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 30 days of the date of purchase
- In store upon presentation of the invoice (paper or electronic) or by sending the product by mail (at the buyer's expense) with a copy of the invoice or the order number.
- Returned products must be intact and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in a condition to be sold again!
- Items on clearance that are more than 30% off will be considered a final sale.
For safety and/or hygiene reasons, there are no returns or exchanges for the following products:
- teething toys
- Hygiene products
- Items on sale and special orders
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Safety articles and safety barriers
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution or compensate you.
Procedure for returning goods
You have three options for returning merchandise:
A) Back to the store
You can come to the Ville St-Laurent store to return the item and receive a refund, thus saving the shipping costs of the return. The cheapest, easiest and fastest way!
B) Return at customer's expense
The customer has the option to choose his own courier service, at his own expense. Simply indicate the order number directly on the package, and send it to us at the following postal address: 825 boul. Côte-Vertu, Montreal, H4L 1Y6.
C) Return with prepaid label
Here are the steps to follow:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will email you a pre-paid return label. Place the items in the shipping box or bag, print the return label and affix it to the package.
- Inform us by email of the day and the 3-hour time slot of your choice, and we will send a delivery person to pick up the package from your home.
A fee of $12 (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping costs.
Please allow 10 business days for receipt and inspection of returned items, after which time the amount will be refunded to you in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs (round trip) on all exchanged or returned merchandise except for damaged items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
