Exclusions to discounts and promotions

Coupon code discounts cannot be stacked with other discounts, and they cannot be applied to backordered items or previous orders. They are applicable on in-stock and regularly priced products.

Certain brands are excluded from promotional offers, unless otherwise noted:

  • Cuddle + Kind
  • Gladius
  • Hasbro
  • Jellycat
  • Maileg
  • Olli Ella
  • Petit Coulou
  • Placote

Gift cards and gift sets are also excluded.

Any other items excluded from the promotions will have a note to that effect on the product page.
