Yoga imagé et adapté aux minis de 2-3 ans

Ce livre unit merveilleusement certains mouvements simples de la base du yoga aux formes d’animaux que les enfants voudront imiter. Une initiation imagée à la pratique de cette discipline. Illustrations charmantes et invitantes. Tout à fait adapté aux 2-3 ans qui ont besoin de bouger. Efficace pour capter l’intérêt et calmer un enfant agité. Cependant, à manipuler par l’adulte car pages froissables et pouvant se déchirer, non conçues pour de petites mains. Un carton plus solide lui aurait valu un 5 étoiles.
